Spring Township Police have announced charges in two unrelated incidents involving firearms, both of which took place in April. The department shared details of the cases in separate releases on Monday, May 12, as part of ongoing efforts to keep the community informed.
Shots Fired Incident on Wilson School Court: On Sunday, April 27, 2025, at approximately 3:19 a.m., Spring Township officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 2800 block of Wilson School Court, Sinking Spring. Upon arrival, officers located several spent shell casings on the front walkway and grass in front of a residence.
Following an investigation, Keven Perez-Ayala was arrested and charged with Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License. No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
Road Rage Incident Leads to Arrest: In a separate case, Spring Township Police investigated a road rage incident involving a firearm that occurred on April 3, 2025. According to the report, a female driver was allegedly brake-checking another vehicle on southbound Route 222 near the Gouglersville exit before stopping at the top of the ramp and exiting her vehicle.
The female approached the victim’s vehicle, pointed a handgun directly at the windshield, and then came to the driver’s window with the firearm still visible. She reportedly told the victim she would find his address before returning to her vehicle and leaving the scene at a high rate of speed.
As a result of the investigation, Kira Sell was charged with Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another. The arrest was made on April 28, 2025.
Both investigations are ongoing through the judicial process.
