Authorities are investigating a large fight involving several juveniles that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of North 11th Street in the City of Reading.
Police and EMS responded to the scene shortly after 3:15 p.m. for reports of a stabbing involving a juvenile male. Initial dispatches described a group, with reports that individuals were possibly armed.
According to Reading Police, officers arrived to find a large fight among multiple students. During the confrontation, someone was reportedly seen with a machete; however, investigators confirmed that no one was cut or stabbed. One juvenile did sustain injuries, though police noted that the individual has not been cooperative.
