Tilden Township Police Investigating Theft of Beats Headphones

The Tilden Township Police are investigating a theft incident that happened on Thursday, January 2nd. 2020 at about 3:20 PM. At that time, a man and a women operating a red minivan style vehicle displaying a New York registration plate arrived at the Tilden Township Walmart.

According to Police, the individuals entered the store and proceeded to electronics section. Once in the electronic section the man was observed using an unknown object, he removed from his pocket, to force open a display case of Beats Headphones.

Once the case was forced open, the women loaded up her purse with Beats Headphones valued at over $1,700. The store security cameras observed the two pass all points of sale and leave the store.

Investigators believe that these are same two who were responsible for a large dollar amount theft at a Walmart located in the Bethlehem area. That incident is still under investigation.
