Fifth Annual Berks Cultural Diversity Festival set for September 29

The Fifth Annual Berks Cultural Diversity Festival, a much-anticipated event in Berks County, is returning to Reading City Park on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 12 PM to 6 PM. The festival has become a cherished tradition, celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the community and fostering a spirit of unity and understanding.

The festival, organized by a coalition of local organizations, including Bring The Change, the Dominican Association of Pennsylvania, NAACP Reading Branch, Jewish Federation of Reading/Berks, CICOP Ministry, and the Hispanic Center of Reading and Berks, aims to create an atmosphere of respect, appreciation, and inclusivity. This year’s event will also spotlight the new Steps to Unity program, which is designed to promote cultural awareness and address divisive issues in the community.
