The annual Temple Halloween Parade will return to Muhlenberg Township on Saturday, Oct. 3, bringing local bands, fire companies, community groups and floats to the streets of Temple.
Sponsored by the Muhlenberg Township Parks & Recreation Department, the parade is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. A rain date is set for Sunday, Oct. 4, at 4 p.m.
The parade will travel along Sharp Avenue to Kutztown Road before turning north on Kutztown Road. The route will then turn onto Mt. Laurel Avenue and disband at 7th Avenue.
Organizers said the parade will feature several local high school bands, car groups, fire trucks from around Berks County, floats designed by local businesses and community youth groups.
The parade is expected to last about two hours. Food vendors will also be stationed at locations along the route.
