FXV Digital Design has announced the launch of its 6th Annual Awesome Toy Drive, running from Friday, November 15th through Saturday, December 7th, to benefit underprivileged youth in Berks County.
Since its inception, the drive has brought joy to thousands of children, having collected over 4,000 gifts. This year, FXV Digital Design is committed to making the season brighter for local children in need, with donations going directly to Olivet Boys & Girls Club of Reading and Berks County, Concern, Children’s Home of Reading, and Mary’s Shelter.
More than 30 local businesses will host holiday trees adorned with special tags, each featuring a child’s specific gift request from one of the beneficiary organizations. Community members are encouraged to visit these locations, select a tag, and purchase the item listed, ensuring it is returned unwrapped to any tree location. Freddy Vasquez, founder of the Awesome Toy Drive, shares, “I’ve been very blessed in my life, and the only way I know how to thank the universe for giving me so much is by giving even more back. When it comes to children, I’m all in. My goal is to collect for thousands of children in the years to come and beyond my time here on Earth.”
