Berks Community Health Center has announced the promotion of Junelle Jacob to Chief Human Resources Officer. With over a decade of experience in human resources management, Junelle brings exceptional leadership and experience to her new role.
Junelle joined BCHC in 2022 as Director of Human Resources after previous employment at ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Reading Hospital Tower Health, Pediatric Specialty Care & Elderwood Senior Living, and Open Systems Healthcare. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Healthcare Administration, and an Associate degree in Business Administration. Junelle is currently pursuing her MBA, set to graduate in 2025. She remains actively engaged in the field as a member of the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
