Easy Does It, Inc. has announced the appointment of Brad Schweitzer, MS, CADC, CIP, CRS, CRSS, as the organization’s new Director of Operations.
Schweitzer brings 16 years of experience in the behavioral health field, with a background in leadership, clinical and recovery support practice, program development, and operational efficiency. His work has spanned both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, where he has supported individuals in recovery and led teams in compliance, resource management, and quality assurance.
His passion for the field stems from his personal recovery journey, and he is committed to advancing long-term recovery and support. He holds a master’s degree in human and social services and several professional certifications, including CADC, CIP, CRS, and CRSS. Schweitzer has also contributed to the creation of the Recovery Specialist Training curriculum as a Lead Subject Matter Expert and Master Trainer for the Pennsylvania Certification Board.
In his new role, Schweitzer’s goal is to continuously enhance the quality of services at Easy Does It, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff, and aligning efforts with the organization’s mission to promote long-term recovery.
Outside of work, Schweitzer enjoys running, strength training, and traveling to the Caribbean.
