Habitat for Humanity of Berks County has announced the appointment of four new members to the board of directors.
Mitzie Baez is a Reading High School alum, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She serves as an adjunct professor for both Penn State Berks and Antonelli Medical and Professional Institute. She has also worked with Berks County Children and Youth and Hope Rescue Mission. Mitzie is a graduate of Penn State University and LaSalle University. Mitzie brings her belief that healthy families start with a healthy home to the Habitat Berks board.
Jenniffer Jimenez is a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway and has worked with Berks Women in Crisis and American Red Cross. She has a degree from Alvernia University. We welcome Jenniffer’s knowledge of housing and community needs to the mission of Habitat Berks. She will be serving on the organization’s Bird House Challenge Committee.
Steve Gieringer is the CEO of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks and the Lehigh Valley and Pennsylvania Home Lending Collaborative. He is a graduate of Penn State and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in association with the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He brings his passion for housing to the mission of Habitat Berks
Steve Price, a shareholder at Mogel Speidel Bobb & Kershner is a former chairman of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Reading and Berks County, former Board member of the Berks County Red Cross, and has been President of Wernersville Borough Council for twenty years. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the Dickinson School of Law.
