Neag Foundation awards Berks Encore with $300K grant to support wellness programs for older adults

The Neag Foundation has awarded Berks Encore with a grant for $300,000 over the next three years to support evidence-based health and wellness programs for older adults.

“We are grateful to have the generous support of the Neag Foundation to allow us to continue to provide evidence-based health and wellness programs focused on the education of older adults to promote healthy lifestyle strategies to overcome the challenges of aging and managing chronic conditions. Our goal is to help older adults function at optimum health and wellness to lead fulfilling, active and independent lives,” said LuAnn Oatman, CEO/President of Berks Encore.
