The S.P.A.R.K.S. Foundation has partnered with Stratix Systems to sponsor hundreds of STEM education kits for youth at Cornwall Terrace Elementary in Spring Township.
“We are extremely grateful to Stratix’s generous donation to the S.P.A.R.K.S Foundation that will allow us and Science Explorers to provide an educational science experience to hundreds of students,” says Sarah Guevara, The S.P.A.R.K.S Foundation’s Program Support/Instructor.
“Our foundation strives to give every student the opportunity to be sparked by science, regardless of socioeconomic factors, and this contribution is aiding in achieving our mission.”
The organization was presented a check of $2,500 on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
Brent Simon, President of Stratix Systems added, “Stratix Systems has a long-standing commitment to the communities we serve. We are proud to support STEM education in Berks County because doing so allows us to impact so many students’ lives.”
The S.P.A.R.K.S Foundation is a 501( c )3 science education non-profit that inspires young minds through science. Science Explorers is powered by S.P.A.R.K.S to teach, inspire and create lifelong learners by providing high-quality, hands-on, inquiry-based STEM lessons to children regardless of their socio-economic status.
