The Camel Project Announces B.E.L.L.Y. Online Group and Individual CBT Therapy

The Camel Project, a Berks County based nonprofit, has announced that it will begin online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for groups and individuals as part of its B.E.L.LY. (Building Emotional Long-term Love for Yourself) program.

The B.E.L.L.Y. program explores those beliefs learned and formed in the early years of life using interactive activities to define over-thinking or inaccurate thinking with the head (analytical) and the heart (emotional) to achieve a cognitive balance.

The sessions will be conducted by Pamela Gockley, a certified practitioner in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Executive Director of The Camel Project.

“People are not broken, but we seek a deeper understanding of self and their beliefs, emotions, behavior, words actions, and reactions” says Gockley.

“The program works best if people are willing to learn how to support themselves and others. The sessions will be hosted using an online video platform to facilitate meeting with people in need of emotional support in a safe, non-judgmental environment.”
