Berks Commissioners Weekly Update Discusses Election Day Expectations

The Berks County Commissioners hosted their weekly public update on Wednesday afternoon to reassure the public the county is ready for Election Day next week.

Focusing on the November 3rd General Election, County staff provided the latest information and updates about voting and the results process.

During the virtual update, Commissioner Barnhardt, Chair of the County Elections Board hosted a panel discussion with Ron Seaman, Chief Administrative Officer, County of Berks, and Christine Sadler, Solicitor, County of Berks.

The panel discussed what voters can expect on Election Day, Nov. 3, information on Mail-in Ballots and Drop Boxes within the County, and when the public can expect to receive the results of the election.

In addition, the panel reviewed the safety precautions being taken at the polls, and update from the Office of Election Services, and a question and answers session facilitated by Commissioner Barnhardt.
