Berks County Elections Director Ronald Rutkowski to leave position Oct. 8

Berks County Elections Director Ronald Rutkowski will be resigning from county employment after more than 16 years of service with the County Controller’s Office and the Office of Election Services. Rutkowski’s last day as Elections Director will be Friday, Oct. 8.
