The Ice Angels, Reading Royals dance and cheer team, will be holding tryouts August 17th at the Santander Arena. Applicants are encouraged to register on the Reading Royals website to apply.
According to a news release by the Ice Angels sponsor perks include salon & spa, gym, tanning, and the opportunity to learn from legendary guest choreographers from the NHL & NFL.
The Ice Angels make appearances at local events and parades, plus cheer for the Reading Royals Hockey Team during Friday and Saturday home games.
Applicants must be 18 years old, must commit to every Friday and Saturday Reading Royals home game during the regular season (October-April) and potentially playoffs (April-June), and must attend one Ice Angels practice a week. Ice skating experience is a plus.
Auditions are Saturday, August 17th at the Santander Arena, 700 Penn St. Reading PA 19602. Auditions begin promptly at 12:00 pm and will run approximately 3 hours. Auditions include warm-ups, across the floor, choreography, interview, and Q&A session
Auditions will be recorded and judges will be in attendance throughout the audition
