Bus driver shortage forces reduction in BARTA service Monday

Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority announced Sunday night that due to a COVID-19 related driver shortage, BARTA will not operate the following trips on Monday, January 10, 2022:

Route 1/ Temple via 5th street: 8:20am, 9:40am, 12:20pm, 1:40pm, 3pm, 4:20pm, 5:40pm, 6:20pm, 7pm, 7:20pm & 10pm.

Route 3/Temple Kutztown: 4:15pm & 5:15pm.

Route 4/10th/11th Street: 5:20am, 5:40am, 6:20am, 7am, 8am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:40pm, 7:20pm, 8pm, 8:40pm, 9:20pm, 10pm, & 10:40pm.

Route 5/Albright College: 7am, 7:45am, 8:30am, 9:15am, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm.

Route 14/Wernersville: 5:30am, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6pm.

Route 15/Berkshire Mall: 6:30am & 3pm.

Route 16/Broadcasting Square: 6:30pm.

Reading High: 3pm – 3:15pm.
