To better meet the needs of residents in the city, the Reading Parking Authority administrative office has expanded its hours on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
RPA Executive Director Nathan Matz said he understands the need to offer expanded hours. “Many people work during normal business hours. Saturday hours offer our constituents added flexibility when they need in-person customer service.”
“Recent changes to the No Parking sign process are also an important factor. Anyone that needs to purchase signs can now reach us six days a week” said Matz.
Saturday hours will not be available on holiday weekends. However, the Authority is also continuously expanding the services it offers online so constituents have 24/7 access to the assistance they need.
