The Reading Parking Authority has announced it will offer free parking at select parking garages throughout the City of Reading during the Thanksgiving holiday.
“Reading Parking Authority is thankful for its friends in parking and is celebrating with you by offering free parking in certain facilities as a thank you” said the organization in a social media post.
The following garages will be free from 4:00 pm Wednesday November 27, 2019 through 11:00 pm Sunday December 1, 2019. Front and Washington, Second and Washington, Chiarelli (3rd and Washington), and 4th and Cherry.
All other garages listed will be free from 4:00 pm Wednesday November 27, 2019 through 8:00 am Friday November 27, 2019. Poplar and Walnut, Reed and Court, Doubletree Garage, and South Penn.
