In Ruscombmanor Township, daytime lane restrictions will be in effect at the PA 12/PA 73 intersection for utility relocation work by a local utility. In Bethel Township, nighttime lane restrictions will be in place on Interstate 78 between Exit 23 (Shartlesville) and Exit 16 (Midway) due to construction by a PennDOT contractor. There will be no lane restrictions for this moving operation in both directions.
