Fire destroyed a barn in northwestern Berks County Wednesday afternoon. Crews responded to the 100 block of Jen-Air Road in Jefferson Township to find a barn fully engulfed in flames. Arriving on-scene, firefighters quickly contained the fire, but not before the roof collapsed. The barn was loaded with hay and farm equipment.
