To mark the start of Pride Month, city officials, community leaders, and local residents gathered at the steps of City Hall in Reading Tuesday evening to raise the Pride Flag.
The ceremony is the kickoff of a 30 day line-up of local Pride events throughout the month of June, including the first Rainbow Crawl of West Reading; a foster and adoption fair with local adoption agencies; a movie night; Pride “Play Days;” and drag events at the Reading Distilling Guild.
