Charles previously served as the director for the Ricketts Center for approximately seven years under a prior operator and served as interim Executive Director beginning earlier this year.

According to Matthew Hovey, the President of the Board of Directors, “Jocelyn is a high character professional who will lead our organization with a steady, purposeful hand.”

Hovey also stated that “Jocelyn’s experience leading the Ricketts Center uniquely qualifies her as someone who can bridge the Boyertown and Pottstown communities in terms of collaboration and outreach so that Multi-Service and our partner organizations may better serve people throughout our region.”

I get to learn from them, all of them, and use that knowledge to be a better, more understanding person and professional.”
