Reading Holiday Parade Judges Announce 2019 Winners

Over 100 parade floats marched in Saturday’s Reading Holiday Parade on Penn Street. The annual tradition, hosted by the Downtown Improvement District, drew a crowd of 3,000, all to see local marching bands, community organizations, and large parade balloons.

We’d like to give a special mention to all of the High School bands and JROTC branches as well as the various dance troops who performed at this year’s parade.” Says Andrew Keuscher, Special Projects Director of DID. “Thank you to everyone who attended and we will see you again in 2020!”
