Yocum Institute Extends ‘Hope Inside Change’ Exhibit with New Artists

The Yocum Institute for Arts Education will host an extension to its Hope Inside Change exhibition with a fresh set of artists. The exhibit is scheduled to run from November 12 to January 8, 2021.

“All of us have had our world turned upside down during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We have had to adjust, sometimes radically” reads a statement from Yocum Institute.

Hope Inside Change II is an exhibition that seeks to document change in the way artists produce and showcase their work.

“We believe that despite everything, the creative community has found heightened creativity and renewal inside the disruption.”

The exhibit, which is free to the public, features works by Kristin Golden, Barton Henderson, Jill Henry, Lynn Millar, Olivia Miller, Phyllis Moser, Willie Singleton, and Sybil Roe Thompson.

Each artist has a unique story to tell and the public has two ways to experience Hope Inside Change. View work in person at the Yocum Institute Gallery located at 3000 Penn Ave, West Lawn, PA 19609. Masks are required when visiting and please follow posted social distancing guidelines.
