The COVID-19 Relief – Supporting Elm and Main program is responsible for supporting community revitalization organizations dedicated to the community and economic development in older and historic downtowns, commercial districts and neighborhoods.

“I’m delighted that the Borough of West Reading will benefit from this grant,” Schwank said.

“They have been on the cutting edge of communities in Berks County, and the commonwealth, in regards to promoting outstanding Main Street and Elm Street projects. I know this funding will go to good use.”
