The South Heidelberg Township Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying the man pictured in connection with an incident of illegal dumping at the Township’s Organic Waste Facility located on Point Road near Penn Avenue.
According tp Police, on Friday, November 20th, at approximately 7:40pm, the man threw numerous landscaping rocks over the enclosed fence at the secure facility.
