The Greater Governor Mifflin League, organizers of the Community Days event, announced today they have been granted approval for a smaller scale event.
Tentatively scheduled for the 3-4 days over Labor Day weekend, the event will be held on the parking lot of the Governor Mifflin Senior High School.
Titled Greater Governor Mifflin League “Drive and Dine”, it will feature two days of entertainment, select vendors, and foods.
Organizers state the event will follow all CDC socially distant guidelines for both the Yellow and Green Phase.
“We wanted to provide some type of event for our organization to give back to the community as we know how difficult these times truly are. Special thank you to the Governor Mifflin School Board for allowing us to use the grounds at the school as well!” says a statement from GGML.
GGML says further details will be released soon.
