Adam Benza and Rick Kline demonstrated adaptive golf equipment before leading the group onto the course to practice hitting balls.

Dr. Kelley Crozier, MD, Chair, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation said, “This is a great event and demonstrates that an amputation doesn’t need to hold one back from doing the activities they love to do. This is one of our most requested events every year by our Amputee Support Group. We love to introduce adaptive sports to all of our patients as a way to stay active and have fun.”

The outing was free for participants with disabilities and their families.
