Remaining 5 victims of R.M. Palmer explosion identified by Coroner

The Berks County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identities of the remaining five victims from the March 24th explosion and building collapse at the R.M. Palmer factory in West Reading.

The five victims are 30-year-old Xiorky D. Nunez of Reading, 63-year-old Susan H. Halvonik of Upper Providence Township, PA, 62-year-old Michael D. Breedy of Marion Township, PA, 44-year-old Diana M. Cedeno of Reading, 55-year-old Judith Lopez-Moran of Reading.

The positive identification of the above decedents now brings the total number to seven victims.

The first two victims previously identified are 49-year-old Amy S. Sandoe of Ephrata and 60-year-old Domingo Cruz of Reading.

Forensic medical examinations are continuing to determine the cause and manner of death for all victims.
