The City of Reading held a Ukrainian flag-raising ceremony Tuesday evening in solidarity with the Ukrainian community near and far. The ceremony was also an effort to advocate for a cease-fire in Ukraine and the withdrawal of Russian troops.
The event took place at Reading City Hall and featured special guests, elected officials, community leaders, and representatives of the local Ukrainian community.
