Berks County Sheriff Eric J. Weaknecht has officially announced his candidacy for State Representative in the 5th Legislative District, aiming to secure the opportunity to represent the residents of Berks County in Harrisburg.
With a track record of dedicated community service and a reputation for addressing critical county issues, Weaknecht aspires to extend his advocacy from the local to the state level. “I have dutifully served my community, with a reputation for solving county problems that matter most to our residents, and, given the opportunity, I will be a staunch advocate at the state-level as well,” expressed Weaknecht in his announcement.
