One of the first things Transportation for America will be focusing on is assisting with SRPRA’s application to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to participate in their Corridor Identification Program. This program includes funding for a variety of planning and environmental documentation activities that are essential for the rail service restoration project.

Transportation for America is based in Washington D.C. The SRPRA is a joint effort between officials in Berks, Montgomery and Chester counties to revive passenger rail service in the region. To stay updated on SRPRA developments, residents are encouraged to visit
