Pagoda Continues Christmas Eve Tradition of Flashing Lights for Santa

Every year on Christmas Eve night the Pagoda flashes its lights to signal children Santa Claus is on his way to Berks County.

A tradition that dates back almost 50 years, volunteers flash the lights beginning at 9pm for 15 minutes.

Despite the high winds and heavy rain, many people still gathered at the Pagoda in their cars to see the lights flash in person.
