Volunteer delivery drivers needed for Berks County Meals on Wheels program

Join Meals on Wheels as a Volunteer Delivery Driver this Fall and deliver nutrition to those in need in our local communities. You will harvest a wealth of personal satisfaction as you enrich your life and make a difference in someone else’s life with each delivery!

The organization is experiencing an increase in the number of clients referred for meal delivery. That means Berks Encore urgently needs volunteer meal delivery drivers throughout Berks County.

Volunteers pick up meals mid-morning at one of our centers and deliver to local people in need. Be a part of something bigger than yourself and discover how you can help with only an hour and a half of your time, as little as once or twice per month.

Corporate volunteer teams are welcome to join the Meals on Wheels team too.

Volunteers are the heart of Meals on Wheels. They are friendly trusted visitors that establish a relationship with clients.
